Print Management System
The Print Management System is sophisticated technology that will be the electronic interface between Queensland Government agencies and accredited print suppliers. This system will be provided by the external print manager.
The system will:
- streamline the process of print procurement producing both financial and non-financial client benefits
- provide improved transparency to government on print spend and benefits
- ensure suppliers meet a set of standards relating to quality, value and environmental considerations
- simplify and reduce transactions in the procurement process.
