Print Management Solution
The primary objective of the Print Management Solution is to improve the prices for agency print work, and increase savings to the Queensland Government. This will be achieved through competitive pricing when engaging with the print-supply market to obtain the ‘best price of the day’. The Print Management Solution is a ‘one-stop shop’ for agencies procuring offset and digital print.
The Print Management Solution will also aim to achieve value for money, and to establish collaboration across the industry and a centralised framework for print procurement.
Value for money will be achieved through:
- coordination and aggregation of print procurement
- standardisation of processes through the Print Management System, streamlining and delivering financial efficiencies
- whole-of-government policies and standards on print
- environmental sustainability
- best practice in the procurement of paper stocks
