Fundamental to the success of implementing the Print Management Solution will be to inform Queensland Government agencies of the new print-management model – how it will operate and produce benefits for agencies.
In February, the Queensland Government Chief Procurement Office’s Print Management Unit contacted budget-funded agencies and presented an overview of the Print Management Solution.
Following these briefings the Print Management Unit requested agencies complete a questionnaire to build a profile of their print requirements, and identify agencies that may be suitable to pilot the Print Management Solution.
It will be important for the Print Management Unit to develop close working relationships with agencies to ensure successful implementation of this innovative value-for-money initiative in the Queensland Government.
