A significant agenda for change in procurement governance, practices and associated business systems is progressing from the implementation of the recommendations. The aim of this work is to improve the value for money achieved from the sector’s expenditure on supplies, services and capital works, which in turn improves service delivery to Queensland.
Whilst the Procurement and Logistics Implementation Office has had the responsibility for leading, managing, and monitoring the implementation of the recommendations of this Review, the focus now is to look beyond the SDPC Review and provide a refreshed view and direction for the future of procurement across the sector.
