Detailed information including pricing may be accessed through the Queensland Government Buyers Catalogue(QGBC) or by contact Monica Gardner, Manager Procurement Projects, Queensland Government Chief Procurement Office, Travel Management Unit on 07 3224 8133. This QGBC site is secure and clients will require a login account and password which may be requested online.
Negotiated arrangement pricing and conditions will form a part of the automation loaded into the TMS and will be continually managed by Queensland Government Chief Procurement Office for use in conjunction with the TMS. As well as the current established arrangements, a number of new arrangements are being developed. The pricing outcomes of these arrangements will also form a part of the TMS and will be available to all system users. These arrangements include: international air, international travel insurance and air charter.
