Register of quality assured suppliers
Queensland Government Chief Procurement Office maintains a central Register of Quality Assured Suppliers on behalf of the Queensland Government. The Register contains:
- supplier's general information
- scope of certification
- goods/services provided
- Australian Standard applicable
- registration status
- validity date.
This register is updated at the close of business each day.
Suppliers on this register may be Queensland Government second party certified, third party certified by recognised certification authorities only, or self-assessed.
Suppliers pay no fee to be on the register nor for the certificate of quality assured supplier status.
A customer – such as a Queensland Government department – can carry out a second party certification audit.
An independent certification organisation carries out the third party certification audit.

Only approved Quality Assured Suppliers – those who are second or third party certified and logged in the Register of Quality Assured Suppliers - bear the Queensland Government Quality Assured Supplier logo.
