Queensland Government Chief Procurement Office’s Government Disposals team has a Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA100) for auction services in Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Bundaberg, Gold Coast, Toowoomba, Townsville, Rockhampton and Cairns.

This Standing Offer Arrangement enables Queensland Government agencies to access a panel of providers of auction services, who can auction an unlimited volume of goods or services over a set period at agreed conditions, including price.

How to use the Standing Offer Arrangement

The officer responsible for disposing of agency items completes the Disposals Form (Word, 198kb) as follows:

1. Complete your details where indicated on the Disposals Form.

2. Attach your own list of items using the following headings from the Disposal Form:

3. In the 'Remarks' section, mark one 'YES' or 'NO' with regard to transport.

4. Sign the Disposals Form, where indicated.

5. Lodge with Queensland Government Chief Procurement Office Government Disposals by:

6. If you’re disposing of computers, mobile phones or similar media equipment, you will also need to complete the Data Security Form [link to download]. This ensures all confidential information is removed prior to sale. It needs to be signed and lodged with the Disposals Form.
