Assessments
From 2006, changes to in-class procurement capability assessment formats will replace the requirement for students to undertake a ‘theoretical’ based examination. With the exception of certification level 1, a work-based assessment project will complete assessment requirements for courses at levels 2 to 4.

Students already certified
For students already certified, assessment changes will have no effect on your certification status or progression in the certification system.
Students trained in 2005 or prior to 2005
Students who were trained in 2005 or prior to 2005 were provided with additional time up until 30 June 2006 to complete any outstanding assessments. This period has now expired. Students who were not able to complete outstanding assessments by 30 June 2006 are now ineligible to submit a late assignment and/or sit an examination and will be required to reapply for training and assessment.
