eTender training tool - for government buyers

Queensland Government Chief Procurement Office is developing a series of electronic web training Modules relating to the Queensland Government Marketplace (QGM) eTender System which will assist users in utilising the system as part of their Invitation process. The electronic web training series includes an online demonstration video and a printable user guide on various aspects of the system, Module 1 is now available.

The Modules included in this series are:

Module 1 – Adding and Maintaining an Open Tender; view an online training video (EXE, 2947kb) with the Adding and Maintaining an Open Tender Guide (Word, 3581kb).
Module 2 – Adding and Maintaining a Select/Open Eligible Tender; and
Module 3 – Closing Tender Process.

New users requiring access to the eTender system will need to contact their Agency Supervisor. If you are unsure who your Agency Supervisor is, please contact Queensland Government Chief Procurement Office who will be able to provide you with this information.
