GITC Services
The Queensland Government is a significant buyer of Information and
Communication Technology (ICT) products and services every year.
Recognising the importance of this investment, the Queensland Government
is focussed on achieving the best value-for-money outcomes from this
expenditure. The Queensland Government supports the Government
Information Technology Contracting framework version 5 (GITCV5) as the
cornerstone of Government procurement of ICT products and services.
This framework is managed by GITC Services by providing advice and
assistance to both Government Agencies and the ICT Industry on issues and
information relating to GITC matters, procurement and contractual
details about suppliers of ICT products and services.
